We have been running at our lunch recess and at regular recess time. We run around the track four times and then we can color one square on our chart in the hall. I have been running with the children at lunch and recess and have enjoyed visiting with the kids. I have also noticed that we have fewer playground problems because the children have a purpose. When the children reach their goal they will have their picture taken with Mr. Theobald in some giant sneakers, be celebrated on the weekly broadcast and be given a certificate.

Luke is having so much fun with this! He was bummed when he was sick last week and had to miss a day of running around the track!
